This payment option is only available with an approved credit application.
- A Budget Plan price per gallon and your estimated gallons (including tax) will be calculated into equal monthly payments. Payments begin in August. A budget recalculation will be performed mid-January.
- A statement is sent at the beginning of each month, showing the budget amount due.
- Customers wishing to enroll in the Budget Plan should contact our office at 419-636-NWOP (6967). Once enrolled, customers will receive a letter annually, which will contain any change in the monthly rate.
- Budget Plan customers are automatically placed on and must remain on Auto-Fill.
- Payment is due by the 20th of each month. You will be removed from the Budget Plan program for late payment, and a finance charge will be added to the outstanding balance. Your account will then be on a Will-Call delivery status.
- The Budget Plan monthly payments may be made using Automatic Bill Payment or by using the online payment portal.
- Non-propane purchases not included.
