We offer multiple ways to pay your bill.

 

Charge Delivery (with approved credit):

This payment option is only available for Auto-Fill customers and Will-Call customers with an approved credit application.

  • Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of your bill.

  • Finance charges assessed after 30 days:  1.5% monthly (18% per year)


Budget Plan (with approved credit):

This payment option is only available with an approved credit application.

  • A Budget Plan price per gallon and your estimated gallons (including tax) will be calculated into equal monthly payments. Payments begin in August. The following July will be the true-up month. A budget recalculation will be performed mid-January.

  • A statement is sent at the beginning of each month, showing the budget amount due.

  • Customers wishing to continue in the Budget Plan in subsequent years will receive a new Budget Plan Agreement annually, which will contain any change in the monthly rate.

  • Budget Plan customers are automatically placed on and must remain on Auto-Fill.

  • Payment is due by the 20th of each month.  You will be removed from the Budget Plan program for late payment, and a finance charge will be added to the outstanding balance.  Your account will then be on a Will-Call delivery status.

  • The Budget Plan monthly payments may be made using Automatic Bill Payment (with approved credit) or by using the online payment portal.

  • Non-propane purchases not included.

If you would like to choose this payment option, you must complete a credit application and a Budget Plan Agreement form.
 

Cash in Advance:

Customers are allowed to put cash on their account at any time to establish their own line of credit. 

  • A minimum delivery quantity will apply.

  • Will-Call accounts are required to request a refill when the tank reads approximate 30% and must allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

  • Money placed on the account is non-refundable and will be used for purchases from NW Ohio Propane only.

  • Cash, check, credit card (Discover/Master Card/Visa/American Express) and e-check.

  • Stop by our customer office at 04125 State Route 576, Bryan.

  • Call our office at 419-636-6967 during normal business hours to pay by debit/credit card.

  • Mail payment to PO Box 547, Bryan, OH 43506.

  • Sign up for Automatic Bill Payment. For customers enrolled in the Budget Plan, payment will be withdrawn on or about the 20th of the month and for all other customers, payment will be withdrawn as a single full payment per fill on the date of delivery.

  • Pay using our convenient online pay portal or the NWOP app. To download the app, search for NW Ohio Propane in your device's app store.
