COVID-19 INFORMATION

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting everyone's lives. Here at NWOP we have been proactively monitoring the situation and will continue to do so as the information is being updated. We decided to create one page on the website as a "central location" to find all the messages that we need to share with our customers. Please check back often for the latest information.

Business operations

  • For the health and safety of our customers, our community and our employees, we encourage everyone to use the following directives to contact us. Rest assured, we are still here working to respond to your propane needs.
    • Payments - You can pay your bill FREE-OF-CHARGE using the following accepted payment methods:
      • Pay using our convenient online pay portal
      • Call our office at 844-636-6967 during normal business hours to pay by debit/credit card.
      • Mail payment to PO Box 547, Bryan, OH 43506.
      • Sign up for Automatic Bill Payment. For customers enrolled in the Budget Plan, payment will be withdrawn on or about the 20th of the month and for all other customers, payment will be withdrawn as a single full payment per fill on the date of delivery.
    • Employees - If you need to meet with an NWOP employee, please call 844-636-6967.
    • Vendor deliveries - All vendor deliveries will be made via the south gate. All packages will be set outside by the southeast walk-through door. For larger vendor deliveries, please call our office at 844-636-6967.
    • Emergencies - As always, we will continue to respond to emergency situations and "gas smell" calls. Please call 844-636-6967 to report an issue.

Cylinder fills & exchanges

  • All cylinder fills and exchanges will be done by appointment ONLY.
  • Prepayment is required. Please call our office at 844-636-6967 to schedule an appointment.

Your propane service

  • CEO Darin Thorp's letter to NWOP customers and NWEC members providing the latest update on the COVID-19 situation on April 17, 2020.
  • Our employees are working hard for you. We know that you rely on us for the energy that heats your homes and businesses, cooks your food, provides hot water and more. During this time of uncertainty, our employees continue to work to ensure you have the safe, reliable service that you need throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking appropriate precautions as recommended by the CDC to protect everyone's health.
  • Limiting face-to-face interaction. For the health and safety of our customers, our employees, everyone's families, and the community, we ask that you please DO NOT run out of propane during this time. If a customer is out-of-gas, this requires a technician to enter the home to perform a leak test. This interaction is preventable, and any actions that prevent the community spread of COVID-19 are important.
    • Please continuously check the level of propane in your tank and call us when you are between 20%-30%. Checking your tank gauge is easy to do and only takes a few minutes.
    • We are still performing deliveries to our current customers. You can request a delivery anytime by completing the convenient online form.
